The sophomore turned in a time of 8:41.07.

Ryan Stender sliced 12 seconds off his personal best in the 3,000-meter run and qualified for nationals at Tufts, while Evan Scott earned All-ECAC honors in the high jump.

Ryan Stender is headed to his first championship as the 12th seed in the 3K, while Emily Bryson is the 15th seed in the mile. The event is this Friday and Saturday at Grinnell College in Iowa.

Sophomore Ryan Stender had a terrific kick in the final 200 meters to earn his first career All-Association honor by reaching the top of the podium. Senior Evan Scott was named All-UAA in the high jump.
