Emily placed second and Julia was eighth overall. The Brandeis women finished in 3rd place despite running without top rookie Niamh Kenney.

With 16 other nationally-ranked teams in the field that previewed the NCAA Championship course, the Judges finished ahead of 13 of them.

The junior was honored for her runner-up performance at UMass Dartmouth. It's her ninth career weekly award for the UAA.

Emily Bryson placed second and her sister was 10th as the Judges had their best finish since 2013 and lowest score since 2002, both NCAA years.

The Judges put their five scorers among the top 10 runners, with Emily Bryson winning the race with a time of 17:38.

Men's and women's cross country, men's and women's soccer and women's volleyball were all honored.
